DgoBuy Shoes & Sneakers Spreadsheet Research
Shoes are easy to recognize and surprisingly easy to compare badly. Two listings can show the same general silhouette while using different size systems, sole shapes or option-specific prices. Start with the type of shoe, then make the evidence do the narrowing.
Search by silhouette before guessing a model
Useful starting terms include “low-top sneaker,” “trail shoe,” “clog,” “slide” and “basketball-style shoe.” A model name can be useful when the listing actually uses it. If it does not, adding the name may hide visually similar records rather than improve the search.
Three views usually separate plausible records from weak ones
- Side profile: compare the toe shape, midsole height and panel layout.
- Heel: check the collar shape, rear structure and visible alignment.
- Outsole: confirm the tread pattern and whether the sole matches the photographed upper.
A page with many repeated side angles can still leave the most useful question unanswered.
Size labels need a measurement basis
EU, CN, US and seller-defined size labels are not interchangeable. Look for foot-length guidance, insole length or a chart tied to the selected option. If the seller only shows “true to size,” the fit question is still open.
Do not let a low option price define the whole listing
The first visible number may belong to a deposit, accessory, smallest size or different color. Select the exact shoe option before comparing it with another record. Use the price and variant guide when the options change the number.
Use video for shape and movement, not hidden claims
A clip can reveal how the upper flexes on camera, how the sole looks from several angles and whether the color blocking matches the listing. It cannot confirm comfort, long-term durability or material composition. The DgoBuy shoe video library is useful as a visual reference, then the current record still needs to match.
